Hi,
current goautodial-32bit-ce-3.0-RC1a.iso is probably corrupted.
md5 checksum dosnt match.

I've downloaded the new 32bit iso file,(md5sum: f2dc766bc104b58af4d299ef832ca655)
and installed it successfully.

how did u burn the iso file to a cd. the size is more than 700MB....??

You can burn the ISO image to a DVD instead of a CDR. The ISO image is more than 800mb and won't fit most CDRs (recordable CDs).
