Unable to have an agent on call

Good Morning,

I usually use Zoiper to make manual calls. I've installed GOautodial CE 3.0 and I have configured my Zoiper so that I can have a PREDICTIVE Dial Method.
When I was dialing Manually, my user configuration on Zoiper was as follows:
Domain: sion.kavkom.com
UserName: 104
Password: xxxxx

First thing, I have done a ping sion.kavkom.com to get the adress of the host, have I done right?

Now I have configured the carrier as shown below:
Carrier ID: sion.kavkom.com
Registration String: register => 104::5060/104
Account Entry:
[sion.kavkom.com]
disallow=all
allow=gsm
allow=ulaw
type=friend
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=trunkinbound
qualify=yes
insecure=very
nat=yes
host=88.198.13.43
allow=alaw
allow=g729
username=104
secret=xxxxx

Protocol: SIP

Global String:
exten => _0033.,1,AGI
exten => _0033.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:4}@sion.kavkom.com,,tTo)
exten => _0033.,3,Hangup

N.B: I have inserted _0033 as I have to dial only in France.

Server IP: 192.168.100.11 - GOaotodial Server

Active: Y

Campaigns: TEST CAMPAIGN

I have also created a new List where the format of my phone number to dial in france is for exampale: 0123456789

But actually, when I try to log in as an agent. My Zoiper rings, I hear the message that I'm the only one in this conference.
I click on Resume. But when I check on the Dashbaord, I get the following:

Call(s) Ringing: 3
Totals Agents Online: 1
1 Agent(s) waiting
0 Agent(s) on Call
37 Leads in Hopper
49 Total Active Leads

I'm unable to get an Agent on Call.

Can you please help me with this issue?

I have put 2 screen shots, hoping it will help.
