Hi all ,
We are using Vicidial and we can't handle multiple incoming calls at the same time, what we need is for example to have the ability to put the 1st caller in Hold and take the second call then switch between callers.
any ideas to solve this problem ?
Forward your DID to an inbound group. Ask your agents to log-in under than Inbound group. Refer the Manager Manual for the steps..
