Manul calls are going through but the auto dialing is not

I just did a fresh goautodial 3.0 community version, all manual calls are going through but agents are not getting any call on auto dial. Can any one please help me, below is the sip setting,

Account entry:

You can try checking the following:

1) Manual dial prefix on campaign (Make sure that it is the same with the campaign dial prefix).
2) Confirm if you need to enable or disable Omit Phone Code on your campaign.
3) Monitor if there are error logs from your asterisk cli.
