issue with xls file upload

Hello All,

I have installed GOautodial on Centos 7 using following link: https://gist.github.com/wheezydial/606c662d21c0e2b8b94dbbab4fdcfd72
I am getting issue while uploading XLS file where after adding file when I click on the "Upload leads" button, it is giving fields with only "" as option in the dropdown(Please check the attached snapshot). I checked with the same file on the other server, which I have installed on the cloud server and it was working perfectly there. I assume there is some problem with the XLS file read and followed all the steps mentioned here: http://striker24x7.blogspot.in/2014/11/error-file-does-not-have-required.html but still I am getting the same problem.

Please let me know if I am missing anything.

Also while debugging I found following errors in the apache error_log:

Can't locate Spreadsheet/Read.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at /var/www/html/application/views/go_list/sheet2tab.pl line 35.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /var/www/html/application/views/go_list/sheet2tab.pl line 35.

I think there is some file or library missing but not sure how to solve this problem.
