Issue with VOIP calls

Hi,

I switched on to a new VOIP CC minutes provider. The problem is that calls do not connect if I redirect the calls to the new VOIP providers IP. However calls do connect if I use manual dialer like Eyebeam or XLite. But in autodial mode the calls do not connect even if agents are waiting for good 10 minutes plus.

Unable to get to the root of this issue. Anyone faced any such issue in the past? Any advise would be most appreciated.

Same issues facing here but not becoz of voip ip change.
Calls are getting late after 10 or 15 min.
