goautodial users

hi , i have a problème with users , when i creat user and i want t log in agent interface hi say me INVALID USERNAME/PASSWORD , but all is right user and extension , thanks evrebody

Thank you ed dagohoy probléme Solved , but i have another one , i creat a supervisor evrething is ok , but i cant listen to agent , agent monitoring not work in the intarface supervisor

Hi,I have an issue, i've created a an agent and the phone also, however when i try create an account on zoiper, it doesn't create. Can somebody help me please. Thanks
