Urgent HElp

HEllo, i setup evrything as requested and evrtyhing works great except that when in predictive dialer numbers get called, but while agent is in a call he keeps getting called over and over. ( iam using 1 agent for test)

i call my phone and while iam talking i keep getting called also.....

check the leads for duplicates
