GoAgent more slow and data doesn't appear

Hi All,

i have some slowdowns of working goagent when the call arrive to the telephone the web screen goagent doesn't populate the fields, or populate after 30 seconds.
This is big issue for us because the operator doesn't see any information of caller for 30 second and manage call is very difficult.

Someone have idea what happens?

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Hi,

What is the load avg. of your server when this happens, What are the running processes?

Dude check the mysql slow query log or the queues in sql process. most probably it happens due to mysql.
