Carrier Wizard - Manual Not working

I have tried to register a new account with JustGoVoIP from the Goadmin. After filling everything out and click submit, I get a loading icon that shows up and turns, but nothing happens. When I try to add a carrier manually from Goadmin, after filling everything out, I have the same problem where the load icon turns, but nothing ever happens.

I am using GoAutoDial v 3.3 (New Install)

Hi,

Try this. On create carrier wizard select Manual then on the authentication option select IP based and fill out the information required. If you successfully created a carrier click on it again and select Registration from the authentication field and fill out once again the required information.
