completing agent interface comment after hanging up the call

Can we complete the blank comment in agent interface after dialing a person, ie: after hanging up , for record the contact information , for example in sale made , sometimes we need to comment, thanks :)

Hi,

If you are referring to the Agent UI "Comments" field. You need to put information first before you hangup the call.
