3 Way Transfer

Hello;

VERSION: 2.4-309a, BUILD: 110430-1642, GoAutoDial CE 2.1, 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5.goPAE (SMP), Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz, Single Machine, Vtiger V5

I am trying to do the 3 Way transfer and it is not working from the goautodial. Appreciate the kindly help please as I tried a lot to fix it without any success.

Is it required to add CXFER in Transfer-Conf Number 1 in Campaign (D1)?
Anything related to Campaign VDAD extension need to be done? How?

There is a setting need to be done on the vicidial admin to be able to do the 3 WAY transfer .. meanwhile, it is not working.
I selected Transfer, then I typed the telephone number that I need to transfer the call for it and then I clicked on Dial With Customer, but it is not calling the customer and I am getting the followig:

what no u dialled in tran-conf?
is it 50911347
if so u can see the log the call is beeing not dialled

Yes I am dialing 950911347 and I put 9 because we place 9 in the beginning of the number, that is our pattern. I can place outside call normally, also I can do transfer for the call using the same sip trunk .. but when I do this via the desktop, it is giving this fail.

What do u mean by tran-conf? Do you mean what the number that I place in the desktop to do the transfer?

I feel there is something need to be enabled or allowed to be able to do this 3 Way transfer successfully. But what is this? I do not know.

so per you 50911347 is the acutal no and 9 ise used as prefix.

can u post the cli result of both sucessfull and unsucessull call transfer

It could be related to the caller ID. WHY? The answer is: if I do not set the callerid in the sip config of the IP Phone, then my provider does not authorize my call and I got the same message that I am getting in the 3 Way transfer via the application.
The idea is, when doing a 3 Way transfer from the application, the new call with the customer is going to be generated from the Dialer, right? In this case, what is the caller id will be? How I can fix this?

Note: My provider is requesting from me to send a caller id we they requested. It has to be: callerid="22281258" <22281258>, How I can do the same for the dialer or for this call that is generated when I am doing a 3 Way Transfer?
