can you find out where the error is in the below cli

seems you able to login to vicidial agent panel sucessfully
but in that log i can see any calls generated

check in realtime screen, does it shows dialling?
leads in hopper?

ya i can dial through auto dial when i pick the receiver i am getting the only message"your the only person in the conference" after that blank no voice or connecting to a call but i can able to do manually.

goautodial real time screen

an here is my cli screen after login to agent

screen shot shows ,youjust logged in agent, and logged to a session.

to start the autodial , you need to have below settinggs.
1. autodial enabled campaign
2. List with necessary Leads.
3. carrier to dialout

hi i have done same as in wiki but still i am facing the same problem.

Did you press resume in the agent screen?

once you pressed resume check the realtime screen

and see any calls dialling from the list

what else did you install? like PRI?

Hi,

i think u r using goautodial 3.3 version.then please downgrade to 3.0 version for autodial.
