INOUND CALLING SETUP

Hi Guys,
I have been stuck on this project where i m asked to setup the goautodial server in such a way that the inbound calls coming to me should be routed to agents and to an external number of my wish, whenever i want to.
is that possible?? If yes how can it be done.

Hi,Dont worry you can get out of it, if you visit asiateloutsourcing services you will get lot of information about inbound calls which you need.
