dahdi 0 channels to configure

Hi,

I have this message when I run this command dahdi_cfg -v

DAHDI Tools Version - 2.10.2

DAHDI Version: 2.10.2
Echo Canceller(s):
Configuration ======================

0 channels to configure.

Did we need dahdi channels and a digium card to make Auto Dialing ?! because I have problem, Manual Dial Working and Auto Dialing not working

if you are using pri line to make calls then u need a Pri card.

if you are using voip trunk , that 0 channels if fine..

you need to check your settings like
dialplan make sure you have entered "Tto" option in your outgoing dialplan.
ie: exten => _9X.,1,AGI
exten => _9X.,2,Dial(SIP/voiptrunkname/${EXTEN:1},,tTo)
exten => _9X.,3,Hangup

also if you have any router or firewall in your network , them make sure below ports are opened

UDP/SIP 5060
UDP/RTP 10000-20000 (range)
