softphone not working

We set up brand new GoAutoDialer CE 3 with VPS. and we now try to use soft phone Zoiper, and all installation is fine. However, the softphone is keeping try to call but it looks like not working.
The steps are very simple and we do not make any errors.

Do you have any suggestions what we can do next?

We are new to this open source and good lucky to us. :-D

Hi Ricky,

Can you confirm if your are trying to dial directly using your softphone? You can post the error logs on your asterisk cli while making a call. Kindly visit our wiki page for more guides on how to use our GoAutoDial software http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HowTos3.
