Enable tab recording on goautodial

Hi i need enable tan recording when i search leads on goautodial i dont have no tab recording and view!!!!

Hi,

You can try to take a look on the user menu and click the green information button of your agent, kindly check if there is a recording show. You can also double check if the recordings on your campaign is enabled.
