Is it possible to do Predictive Outbound and Inbound simultaneously

Hi ,

Please help me. I am a new user. Just want to know if it is possible that same user can handle predictive outbound and inbound calls..?

Hi,

Yes it is possible for users to handle inbound and outbound simultaneously. You just need to create a Blended campaign, setup your inbound number and enable the ingroup on your campaign. Kindly visit our wiki page for more information. http://www.goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HowTos3
