Set up a call-in /dial-in number

I've looked all over the internet for several hours with no luck. I know with vicidial, having read the managers manual, that you can set up an external number for agents in other locations to dial into externally to take calls over their cell phones.

Is there a quick tutorial on that I've overlooked in regards to this subject?

I can make calls fine from the server location on the local network, but when I try to login remotely, at best we'll have one way audio on the SIP phone zoiper, and most of my guys aren't good with computers, so I thought the cell phone would be an easy fix.

oh goodness, after all this time, I think I just found it, so obvious.... That's the DID number you request through support?

You can buy DID or you can use VoIP services. There are lots of voip provider and they can pass your CLI ( caller line indtificaiton ).
