Router configuration

Hi all, i 'm a newbie about Goautodial and need some help.
I have installed it on a workstation inside a lan (on the same lan there are also the agent pc) that is connected
to internet by a Telecom Italia ADSL router (on router is enabled NAT ).
All i'd like to know is if there are some specific configuration of the router
to make the system work ( i can't access to router configuration so i have to ask the provider to make it)

Hi Andrea,

You can ask your ISP provider that port 5060 is open for traffic.
