manual dial wont work.

hi

i am currently using goautodial v3.0 and i am able to make automatically outbound calls. i upload leads to the campaign and i am able to make manual calls as well if any number is already uploaded already and it connects perfectly ..

however if any number does not exists on the uploaded lead set. then those number does not connect. it returns cause code 21. i tried changing dial code to the correct dialcode which is 61. still it wont work. it gives cause code 21.

please find attached carrier

exten => _X.,1,AGI
exten => _X.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@novanet,,tTor)
exten => _X.,3,Hangup

and below is the settings on campaign,.

Dial Timeout: 60
Dial Prefix: 9
Manual Dial Prefix: ( its blank)
Omit Phone Code: N

Hi George,

Can you post the asterisk CLI log when you experience the issue.
