Congestion while calling

i am using goautodial VERSION: 2.4-309a BUILD: 110430-1642
problem is that whenever my agents start calling i had to set dial level upto 16-20 so calls come faster but due to this my voip balance is getting exhausted.
i did some research and then i saw in asterisk cli that most of the calls were showing as congestion, cancel, circuit is busy. i talked to my voip provider but he says there is nothing wrong with voip. please help! if i slow down the dial level calls wont come for like 2-3 minutes and if i increase it calls will come to agents a bit faster but most of the calls are not coming to agents and yet they are eating my voip.
Hi,
We no longer support lower versions however it is more on manipulating your dialer. Try setting your call to lower phase until you achieve the right flow. You can also check the logs via asterisk CLI regarding those congestion,cancel and circuit busy. Try to increase/decrease call time out and check if it works for you. This issue is more on campaign and lead management until you have found the real issue. Hope it helps.
