Ok,

I cannot receive incoming calls.

In the CLI I get:

In [Telephony] -> [Inbound] -> [Phone Numbers DID's /TFN's] I have:

DID Extension 092812860
DID Description Ecsomart
Active Y
DID Route: In Group
In-Group ID: Agent Direct
In-Group Call Handle Method: CIDLookup

In Group Campaign Inbound Campaign

In Group ID - Agent Direct

Not sure why this error is happening or what to do about it :S

Any help would be much appreciated in how to set up the incoming call trunks.
