problem in finding the the user agent002 in the list of the users......

Hello
i just want to get an help to reallocate the user agent 002 on the list of the all users ,the think what happened is the while checking the user status i have opened the user agent 002 and over i did a change on the dial level of the user to 4 and now the agent 002 is not ever showing there in the list of all the users by this i m having a problem to look to that user calling status but in the same while i looking to all the active phone list there i can see that the agent 002 is in active status but i cant see that in the users list . so can anyone plz suggest me what to do here to get the agent 002 in the user list or how to change the dial level of the agent 002.

Hi Jane,

This is a confirmed bug that when users are set to level 4, they disappear on the users list. The workaround for this is to manually set their user level to something else via the MySQL commandline.

mysql> UPDATE vicidial_users SET user_level="2" WHERE user="agent002";

thank you Demian Biscocho for the reply but i want to infrom u that my user level is 1 so should i set user level 1 ? in the command .....?? one more thing by i think it wont be affecting the current dial level of the the other user which is in active status?

Hi,

Make sure you are logged in via MySQL before applying the command.
