outbound call doesn't work

Hello,
I downloaded the image (.iso) from website and installed on a machine ( i.e, machine A ) which eventually became the server.
From another machine (i.e machine B) I am able to access the server from firefox browser. When I try manual dial with one of the agent login the status shows "waiting for ring" , but the call doesn't reach the number.
Am I missing something ? Should any settings need to be done? Please clarify.

Can you post your Asterisk CLI when dialing?
