Hi all,

Is there a way that the softphone should be available without any configuration after agent logged in.
It means the phone settings should be automatically applied from the agent phone settings.
Can you help me with this?

Can you tell us more what you want to achieve. Normally, once your softphone has been configured and the agent logins to the system you don't need to change any more settings on your softphone.
