GOautodial Open Source Omni-channel Contact Center Suite

Kindly help me, when my agents dial and try to connect the call to the third person from the three way they cannot make the three way call but when they call the third person and may the three way call to connect to the second person the three way is succesful. Is there a way to solve this problem, I need to connect my caller with the second person to the third person i want to transfer, not hanging up the phone and dialing the number of the person I want to transfer my call then calling the second person.
