login and logout report
Hello
I am running goautodial 3.0 , i wish to download login and logout report ( first login and last logout time of the day). and i am not able to get it.
i tried loging on to the vicidial admin ( old GUI ) there in Reports section , under Agent Reports there is a option User Time Sheet i am able to get the login and logout time but its for only one agent , please see the attached picture. if possible how to get full months login logout report for single agent , or a group of agents.
Please help me in doing so.
Please let me know where does the login logout related data is stored in goautodial/vicidial MYSQL's Database (table). may be i can query out the required data directly from the database.

Hi,
You can download the agent login report by navigating to Reports and Analytics > Agent Time Details.

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for your reply, i know we can get time details there under Reports and Analytics > Agent Time Details. but i do not want the time duration, i want exact time of login and logout as i have shared attachment earlier,
in Reports and Analytics > Agent Time Details. i am getting only duration not the login time.
please help
