These are the goautodial requirements

What is VDAD in goautodial and purpose of VDAD in goautodial. And getting lot of VDAD when generating Export call Report? the screen shot attached
Reports Customization is needed in go auto dial

login time
log of time
total time spend in go auto dial
break time and wait time, avg break time. talk time,call talk time for every customer
when agents put call back date and time in the call back screen, the call is not going in that particular date and time?
How to enable allowed reports in real reports? the screen where attached
attached few sample reports here, how goautodial reports would generate from server for my team?

VDAD generates if you had an incoming call dropped or an outbound call that was not picked by the client. That's what my autodial does. What am not sure of is how to change the user to the owner of the autodial
