No Voice in UK Dialling

Hi,

I am facing no voice issue in UK dialling while US dialling is working fine. I have change different VOIP provider but till the issue not resolved. No voice issue is only UK dialling.

Kindly Help me.

Hi,

Please verify the following.
1. Verify that the microphone on the headset you are using is operational.
2. Verify that the firewall you are using, allows traffic on ports: UDP/5060 & UDP/10000-30000.
3. Try to perform a conversation using a different headset.
4. Try to perform a conversation on a different PC or Phoneset if possible, to verify whether the problem is local or central.
