Press1 campaign not working as expected.

Hi there,
My goautodial was installed from ISO 3.3 version.
GoAgent ® 3.3-1406088000
And all versions are the same of standard ISO file.
I have 3 problems:
I created a press-1 campaign with the goautodial wizard, loaded my fixed number to test.
Logged in an agent to that campaign +resume and wait ...
I use my local pbx to call and created some autodial campaigns to make sure everythig works fine, so no problem there.
Problem 1: when the call is received and press 1, the call hangs up.. never pass to the agent.
Problem 2: even if Im logged out, the campaign still calls for numbers, even if no one logged in.. to be more precise...it seems the wizard creates like 10 remote agents and they are always logged in as the campaign is active. (I dont like that, is it meant to be like that?) i mean if people answers there wil be no one to catch the intereseted clients!!
Problem 3: as I just loaded 2 o 3 times my own fixed number I wanted to reset call status on the list so start over... but nothing happens.. then I went to search for a lead option and chenged the status manually to NEW,.. nothing happens...

post your cli log for the call which hangsup
Problem 2 :
delete all the Remote agents, login as normal agent and check the calls.
Problem :3
once you reset the list , you need add the dial status to be dialed in Campaign.
for eg: if the status of the dialled no is NA , DROP , then you need add these in "add Dial status" in the resepective campaign after resetting the list...
