system requirement

need some help guys like to know what could be the minimum system requirement to run a vicidial v3.0 with 10 seats

This really depends on a number of factors (dial level ratio, codec, call recordings and etc). Normally, a quad core CPU with 4 GB of RAM is enough to handle 10 seats (assumming you're not doing 20:1 dialing).

what about the hard drive? the size?

SSDs are highly recommended. If you will be offloading your recordings to a FTP server or NAS, 256 GB or higher is recommended.
