Looking Help of an Expert

Hi i am trying to set up the Voice Broadcast Survey i have Created the Campaign uploaded the Audio file to the Audio Store Selected the Audio in the Campaign and when i am Login to that Campaign then the Call Goes to the Customer But there is no Broadcast and the call gets Disconnected in 5-8 Seconds by its self so can Any one Help me in this and Guide me that what i need to do so as to resolve this .

You'd better increase verbosity, so connect to asterisk console with something like

asterisk -rvvv

And most important, do it just prior to launch the Broadcast Survey so that is that specific activity what's logged.
