Go Admin ip issue

I install goautodial 3.0 and I have updated it. but i am not getting go admin login page as its says Webpage is not available. I have ping the ip. and I am getting reply. Please help

Log in to the server using root as admin and vicidialnow as password

You should see the server IP

If not, type in setup and press enter, choose network configuration, edit devices and press enter on your eth device listed there, configure the static IP and reboot..
