in autodial campaign my agent got a call ringing.. why ?
i need when my client accept call after directly my agent connect with them.. bt they got call ringing :( :( :(
so plzz help me.. :(
Post your dialplan and campaign prefix. also elaborate the vicidial version. What kind of campaign you are running
