Not getting to call out

Thank you very much for that one tip there....Ok......so i did what ye said and the dial next button appears......but it still disconnects after a few sec.
Is that a feature of the software...that when there is no activity it logs you out?

Next thing is that i can't place out bound calls even though i set the sip registration in the carrier settings, when i dial with x-lite i get the weired sound...there is no traffic sound.
and every time i get log out of the agent window and i log back in my x-lite rings me back with a number.

Is there a specific setting that i need to make in the phpmyadmin panel to make this inbound and outbound calling work.
Don't know where else to look for answers.

Please anyone assist!!!
