unable to see the list of agents in the advanced search of recordings

Hello i am facing few strange problems, i have 2 goautodial server v3.0 and first server is running without problem. the second server is installed only a month back and since then i didnot really paid attention to this.
while searching for recordings i am not getting the list of agents name as it used to be in my first server. i have uploaded image please check.

and next thing is that if i search a recording using any phone number , i get the listing but i observed that if the number is called more than once then in the search it lists that many number.......... but the disposition field show all as the last time what was disposed.
eg. if at first attempt the call was disposed as ..... busy,
second attempt ....................................callback,
and third attempt.................................... Do not call,
and if we search that number it will show 3 times called, but in disposition field it will show do not call for all the three search. instead of busy, callback, and do not call.
please help me in fixing the 2 issue.

The "Search for a Recording" function has been deprecated. Please update to the latest GOadmin: http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/GIThub. This has been integrated to the "Searc for a lead" function in the List section.
