increase max duration on lead recycling

Hi,

I'm using latest 3.3 CE, with github updates

nothing in production atm - just playing

How can I increase the Attempt Delay from 720minutes?

for "regulations" I need some of these numbers to be bigger .. e.g. Answer Machine 24 hours
Drop calls 72 hours..

You need to hack the source files and search for the 720 minutes limit.
