Dears;
After the agent login, the alert that come to the agent is coming on the 55558600051 instead of 8600051, and that cause to not find the extension to dial for it (because no rule for this 55558600051) and at the default context the rule is:
; Local agent alert extensions
exten => _8600XXX*.,1,AGI
So, why the 5555 is coming? What I have to do to handle this properly?
