greetings for inbound call

Hi
I have been trying to set up inbound campaign, and after lots of trials, i did configure inbound. now my problem is i am unable to locate the inbound recordings. where can i find the recorded files. in recordings search it does not show any .
under campaigns. i selected recordings = yes.
under inbound. i selected Record Call: = yes
then too when i search for recordings i cant find them. please tell me where am i going wrong.
also i want to inform when i call the inbound number (DID).. i cant hear any welcome or greetings. its blank.....silence... after few seconds of wait i can hear " your call is very important to us please wait...."
i want to have a welcome message as soon as the call gets answered, and then once the greetings gets over , it should give another message " please wait while we transfer you to next availabale agent" ... then if there is a longer wait time the it should prompt " your call is very important to us please wait...."
how do i get this sorted out please help.

1. convert your welcome audio using the below link and upload in the dialler
http://my.digium.com/en/products/ivr/audio-converter/
2. once upload check the below options in ingroups for the features you requested
Welcome Message Filename:
Play Welcome Message:Always
Music On Hold Context :
On Hold Prompt Filename:
On Hold Prompt Interval:
Recordings
check whether your recordings are located in var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/MP3 or GSM
