inbound no recordings

Hello Striker,

I was able to configure the Local PRI and am able to make outbound calls, using the ALLO 1 port pri card. i also configured inbound campaign and after quite a bit of struggle i was able to configure the inbound campaign and received test calls.

but even though i set the recordings to force all i still cant find any calls in the recordings for the inbound. more over if there is any missed call, where do i find, the list which is by default added to the inbound campaign is showing 0 leads..

For recording inbound calls you need to set Recording=all force in DID setup.
also in the DID settings page u can see option Ingroup list , where the inbound no will be saved
