Agent Caller ID on manual dial

Hi

I am trying to set caller ID of the Agent on outbound calls during the manual dial. However it shows the campaign caller ID during the manual dial.

I am using GoAutodial CE 3.3

Any ideas how to set the caller ID?

Hi,

Are you referring to manual dial on the agent UI or manual dial using your softphone?

Hi Levy,

I am referring to the manual dial on the agent UI (web). When I dial from softphone I got the CID of the phone as expected.

Is there any way to get this done?

Hi,

You can set it on the campaign advance settings Manual Dial CID: by default it is set to campaign. Please see more details below.

Manual Dial CID - This defines whether an agent making manual dial calls will have the campaign callerID settings used, or their agent phone callerID settings used. Default is CAMPAIGN.

Hi,

I've checked for the option but I don't have one in the admin. I checked for both inbound and outbound campaign options but no luck :(

Hi,

What is the version of your GoAutoDial server? You can make the adjustment using the ViCidial admin interface.
