Dial next grayede out

agent interface dial next is grayed out. Can anyone tell me what to do or assist me. I am using the latest version of goautodial.

Hi sorry to have token so long. Attached is a screen shot of the agent log in and what it looks like as well the x-lite and the ring back number that i am getting.

I have my x-lite setup with the phone ext that i created in the PHONE tab and when i log into the agent account that corresponds with ext. x-lite rings and i get a funny set of letters (ACagcW14116512247t001) and this (5164536886)number. I have a test sip trunking account with my provider and and can't seem to call out neither trough he predictive dialer or x-lite. And the agents account keeps logging off every 5 seconds.

I really need help to get this running for a new campaign that we will be starting soon.

I am running goautodial 3.0 on

Dell Poweredge running esxi 5.5 and I have some other VM running on the esxi as well. I will send us the other pics as well.

Hi,

Change your campaign settings "Dial Method to Manual" then try to log in again. It should fix your problem.

Thank you very much for that one tip there....Ok......so i did what ye said and the dial next button appears......but it still disconnects after a few sec.
Is that a feature of the software...that when there is no activity it logs you out?

Next thing is that i can't place out bound calls even though i set the sip registration in the carrier settings, when i dial with x-lite i get the weired sound...there is no traffic sound.
and every time i get log out of the agent window and i log back in my x-lite rings me back with a number.

Is there a specific setting that i need to make in the phpmyadmin panel to make this inbound and outbound calling work.
Don't know where else to look for answers.

Please anyone assist!!!

Hi William,

Your softphone must be synced with your web browser session. Upon login your softphone should ring and you must click the answer button. If you hear the voice prompt "You are the only person in this conference" then you logged in properly. You can then minimize the softphone and hangup the call only using the hangup button in the Agent Interface. Kindly check our Wiki and HowTo's it will help and guide through the rest of your concerns.
