Pause issue

Hello,

I am currently facing issue with my dialer, i have 10 people dialling , and until lately every thing was perfect. all of sudden since last week, my people are observing that they automatically get in to paused. they need to clear the pause to get ready again. initially it was few people now almost all are complaining this issue, please help. i am using goautodial v3.0 and yesterday i even did yum update.

Hi,

You need to check on your workstation and network connectivity via LAN and to your server. If your server load avg. is normal then you need to check the workstations network connectivity.
