Can you tell us more on how you setup your multi-server GOautodial system? What version of GOadmin, Vicidial and Asterisk are you using?

i am using goautodial 2.1 i installed the full version on both servers. then turned off the mysqld service on the web server .
and turned off the apache service on the DB server

We don't support 2.1 anymore. Please upgrade and use the latest GOautodial CE (3.0). You can check the HOWTOs in our Wiki page on how to upgrade your system.

Sounds like you have a misconfigured GOautodial multi-server system. The Vicidial load-balancing.txt document explains how to setup a multi-server Vicidial system. This also applies to GOautodial CE.
