Can you connect a called customer to a different number rather than an agent?

What I want to do is have people who press 1 be connected to the business that I am advertising rather than be connected to an agent, is this possible? I have been looking through the manual for vicidial and the website and have not seen a way to do it.

May we know what is the version of your dialer. Are you using GoAutoDial or ViCidial.

Hi,

I assume you are using the latest version. If that so just create an Survey Press 1 campaign and set the Survey Method to DID. You can input the DID by click the advance setting on your campaign.
