DashBoard issue

Hello,
I am using Go Autodial 3.0 and i have a request, on the DASHBOARD if we click on the parameters such as DROPED CALL PERCENTAGE, we get to see a popup with some information. similarly if we click on AGENT RESOURCES, we can see the agents list.
but if we click on CALLS , we only get to see a popup with , "NO CALLS AVAILABLE" massage, please help me in fixing this i want to see what calls are ringing etc before it is being transfered to agents.
and also if we click on SALES, no popup is shown please can you help me in fixing the same i would like to have a popup showing the agents who has done sales etc .
