Regarding Inbound Call Setup Configuration!

Hi,
I want to setup a server, which can receive inbound calls and distribute the calls to the agents using the leased line. I have no idea how to do that.

I have walked through the Getting started guide, but in the "getting started guide" there is no guide to setup an inbound server.

I want to know, which configuration server should I use for 50 agents for GOautodial, and what will be other resources required? like DID.

If there is any full guide, kindly provide me the link for that so that I can setup the server.

You can refer to the Vicidial Documentations for your guide on configuring DID,IVR/Callmenus,etc...
