failover carrier

Hi experts
please i want to know if there's failover carrier handling in outbound campaings in goautodial
I mean if there's a solution to route calls on a second carrier (trunk) if the first have a lot of congestion or is unreachable.

Hi,

Kindly try to use the dial plan below. Add both carrier settings on the Account Entry field.

exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX.,1,AGI
exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@Carrier1,,tTo)
exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX.,3,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@Carrier2,,tTo)
exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX.,4,Hangup
