Fail2Ban ---> Rules

I am trying to build a secure FAIL2BAN to protect my servers from BRUTE FORCE
Can somebody help me to secure this for SSH, FTP, ASTERISK, MYSQL, APACHE ????
Let's bring knowledge to the table and share it over here..
I am using latest fail2ban and as well asterisk 1.8
Help will be VERY Appreciated
